Sinopsis
La devastación del incidente del Tren infinito aún pesa sobre los miembros del Cuerpo de Cazadores de Demonios. A pesar de que se les ha dado tiempo para recomponerse, la vida debe continuar.
Un sangriento demonio está aterrorizando a las mujeres y clientes del Distrito rojo de Yoshiwara. El Pilar del Sonido, Tengen Uzui, y sus tres esposas están investigando el caso. Sin embargo, cuando pierde el contacto con sus esposas, Tengen teme lo peor y reclama la ayuda de Tanjirou Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma e Inosuke Hashibira para infiltrarse en las casas más destacadas del distrito y localizar al temible demonio de rango superior.
