The Confessions Tour es el segundo álbum en directo de la cantante y compositora estadounidense Madonna, publicado originalmente el 26 de enero de 2007 por la compañía discográfica Warner Bros. Records. Dirigido por Jonas Åkerlund, el álbum relata la gira Confessions Tour (2006). Fue grabado en el Wembley Arena de Londres durante las fechas de la gira y se lanzó en los formatos CD y DVD. El DVD contiene toda la gira y el CD incluye trece temas destacados. Se convirtió en el primer lanzamiento de Semtex Films, una productora fundada por Madonna en 2006.
